A steam image to share on this upload. This image was made on a photo charter at the Bluebell Railway on 3rd January 2017, when organiser Jon Bowers had worked out the angle of the rising sun very well for these first run pasts on Freshfield Bank. The loco is Southern Q No. 30541 with a mixed goods train, picking up a nice glint and I managed to place it nicely between the trees for this one. ![]()

Another recent drone image, this time from the Somerset Levels near Glastonbury, looking along the River Brue towards the rising sun, with low level mist swirling around ground level. For this shot the drone was kept low to keep the perspective of looking along the river and to ensure the mist showed up well. ![]()
